in a state of revived power notorious sexual predator Billio Handsley was nephew to the richest man in italy who owned a large portion of the mining operation in the alps, and when his uncle promptly died Billio Handsley was his only heir. Billio took this as an opportunity to make his childhood dreams a reality and with his army of mercenaries his uncle hired he did a hostile take over of italy and became its dictator and took the scientists captive and had them develop new military technology and now he looks to restore the FULL glory of rome and there is no one to stop him as the united states of america is too busy fighting the squegers who fled to mars.
