although to be frank with you if you really think about it, how the fuck are they supposed to enforce this dumb shit? short of literally turning the NSA into a Big Brother type thing and having ISPs be the middle man and then pumping literal trillions of wackybux into trying to monitor everything there is absolutely no way they can enforce any of the provisions that presumably exist within the contents of TPP in any sort of capacity that's meaningful
