windows 10 (that's the real name)

so yeah windows 9 10 announced and looking pretty good

looks like windows 8.1's desktop mode but has the start menu we all love and integrates aspects of metro into it

some other shit include a task viewer (neat but hoping it's separate from task manager) and the ability to run the windows store applications in a window

so i wonder if they're gonna bother with a 32-bit release

heard that theyre not making windows 9 because the want to distance themselves away from windows 8
probably not true though

I believe it was named 10 because Microsoft thinks it's such an improvement over 8 that it had to be TWO numbers bigger, or something along those lines anyway. Don't remember exactly how they said it. But yeah, trying to make everyone forget that 8 happened.

Looks pretty good so far, might give it shot sometime.
