there's a couple actually
turkey and azerbaijan are "european" in a loose sense and both have a population that's >95% muslim
north cyprus is unrecognized, but 99% of the population is muslim

kosovo is the first indisputably european country with a predominant muslim population, at about 90%

albania has a generally accepted muslim population that's around 56%, although gallup did a 2011 poll which apparently found that only 43% of the population is muslim

below that, bosnia and herzegovina has a 40 to 45% muslim population, macedonia a 33% muslim population, and montenegro a 29% muslim population
