i dont know if you noticed but zac's record as staff isnt exactly good he's made a forum and revived rejected four times and every time had it blown up or die immediately specifically because he has no clue how to actually run a forum

dogman could work forumotion pretty well and he was such a shit admin on totl that it got the forum annihilated because he refused to be reasonable about administration or turn the forum over to me and ams

mckailey got promoted to staff on otb because she knew how to run a forum and turned out to be absolutely fuck awful at enforcing the rules or doing anything admins do

i was a shit admin on otrep but i knew how to make the forums tick like no other

just cuz he can make super cool effects in fm and flip around some settings that anyone can flip aroud doesnt mean hes in any way competent or fit to run a forum

i would say he does his job pretty good as well so
