get rid of "volume of testosterone"

e-points are becoming serious business and people can't be more matture about them and are abusing the fuck out of them so i think it's time to do away with shit altogether

i think the ability to upvote or downvote should be kept but i dont think level of testosterone should dictate whether or not one should be able to vote

if possible just make the amount of downvotes required like 9999999999999999999999999 or some shit

it might also be a good idea to limit the number of times per day it can be given because some people just can't handle having their e-testosterone challenged

i mean, there's an option to set minimum amount of reputation needed to vote to a certain amount, but i'm not sure how it works with negative numbers in practice, or how far it goes out practically
