If something is by someone you care about, expect it to go up tiers, especially if it's a low-tiered gift.

Although if it's Tiamat tier, it's safe to assure you can ignore the thought and just see that you got a bad gift regardless.

Making a tier list taking into account the thought and love put in to the gift will take forever with gifts occupying tier RANGES of all things.
