the steambox could have all of its problems fixed but then it would be a desktop pc

i wonder if valve ever stopped themselves at any point in time while they were working on the early stages of this and were like "what are we actually doing here besides making a desktop with extremely basic video gaming capability"

the steam community is like if the deviantArt community, the youtube community, and people who just want to play games collided together
