face into screen: post your hardware failures and shortages

inspired by the recently deceased hanns-g hi221d on my desk. poor thing blacked out while i was looking at it. it turns on again for five seconds each time, then the backlight just stops until i reset it. insert photoshopped gravestone.

my radeon doesn't like vine and one time it just straight crashed because a vine was onscreen and i had to F12 and run a backup copy thing of my computer/os/whatevs to get it to boot properly

if i launch pretty much any game and run it for a few minutes, my nvidia graphics kernel goes kaput and I have to restart my whole computer
