Creation of World Wide Chat Redux Edit
Harper created WWCR in late July of 2014. It was raided again by OTTD, but the administration team tweaked with the security system a bit. The security system involves answering a question meant for WWC/RG/GC members and also getting voted in by the community. If a majority votes "yes" within twenty-four hours, the newcomer is then promoted to a higher rank allowing him or her to see the rest of the forums. So far, this system has been working, as there have been no raiders since.
