But why play fallout when I can play temper tantrum?

that trailer was great

trailer looks fucking qual, post-apoc boston looking like good setting

only thing that looks weird is that character movement in the last part

of course the characters are a result of this being bethesda so whatevs unless bethesda learns how to up the ante with their character models that's what fallout 4 will probably have

also if you dial the number at the bottom of the fallout website you get a cool message

I think it'll work pretty well with the dialogue choices if you can select what you sound like, but someone will probably mod it out pretty quickly anyway.

I know I sound hypocritical saying this, given that I play loads of SkyRim, but I really hope bethesda doesn't try to dumb Fallout down like they did Elder Scrolls (when they removed birth signs and shit from oblivion). I also hope the rumors of the game running on Gamebryo are false, and that they learned from the paid mods fiasco.

I'm excited, but still cautious, especially given that it ain't the same devs as new vegas.

is it odd if i'm hype for all the unique weapons and armor waiting to be collected

maybe new england has entirely different weapons from the folks in DC and New Vegas

you bet im fuckin hyped for that young power armor

its the only armor fit for an unstoppable 10 strength man like my characters

most of the things look slightly different in the trailer because the dude who was responsible for them previously died in 2012

yeah i agree. but i dont really care if somethings dumbed down for streamlining all i care about is if its fun or not

yeah i really don't want them to do some streamlining garbage but as long as they don't screw it up i'll be happy

I'm generally okay with streamlining, making something more efficient is always good. I'm not okay with dumbing things down for the purpose of streamlining, removing functionality is never good for anything. Hopefully they don't mess things up, we'll have to see what they have at E3.
