if i'm thinking correctly, it isn't even comparable to spotify considering you can't directly listen to tracks, only specify a radio based on that artist/song's features

i just don't believe you because i've used spotify for 3+ years on several different devices and have never had that problem, so it sounds like you're trying to use a nonexistence issue as crutch.

if you're having that problem, i honestly don't know how to fix it.
