hey dogman i have a vidya game idea for you

3:56 PM - applejack drinking appaloosa: an AU where spinnythings is scott pilgrim
3:57 PM - applejack drinking appaloosa: obviously this means that dogman should make spinnythings vs the world
3:57 PM - applejack drinking appaloosa: but instead of seven evil ex boyfriends it's just spinny vs his complete lack of competence around women and his general incapability to do anything with them

that doesn't seem remotely fun but i'll keep it in mind

oh yeah i totally forgot dogman does rpg maker stuff

it'd pretty much be a glorified dating sim where the protagonist is just garbage at everything

did you not play the scott pilgrim v the world game

spinny goes around beating up little miniature amsk8rs and rtcities etc. which are personifications of his inability to actually man the fuck up and become one with wimminz to find his one true love ava

yeah i played the game and i wish they'd bring it to pc
either way i started coming up with a minor plot for the game

the main problem with making a scott pilgrim style game is how unsuited vx ace is to doing fast paced games unless you feel like either paying a rather large amount for a battle system that enables battles in that style or learning the system fairly well enough to make a battle system in the scott pilgrim style

tl;dr version:rpg maker vx ace isn't really suited to a scott pilgrim style battle system unless you feel like learning the scripting system or paying for a battle system in that style

it doesnt have to be exactly like scott pilgrim nerd

since it takes place in the modern era i thought i'd have things like burgers,fries,pizzas as said items(the revive item was going to be a renewed eve online subscription)

since it's spinny's things i think that eve online items would be more appropriate
