the constitution is merely one thing that is purely american, and the answer is nowhere, because the constitution is simply a document which lays out the rights and duties the american government is supposed to uphold

doujinshi is by the japanese, for the japanese, and it is both unchristian and extremely immoral in what it depicts and thus goes against all things inherently american in the world
