just to reaffirm that this round of elections is going to be nothing short of a total shitshow, now obama has to (attempt to) appoint a new judge and three more are probably on their way out and will be determined by our next incumbent, plus the entire HoR and about 30 senate seats are up for election this year

scalia was conservative as fuck too so you better believe the republicans are pissed and will do anything to keep an obama apointee out for as long as possible

lets hope someone competent enough to face the issues of today is appointed
