never trust the fucking chinese to host anything without cutting corners so heavily that the whole tournament runs (as of right now) like five hours behind schedule and gets universally trashed by the DoTA community as the worst thing in their vidya's history

the moment the chinese announced they were going to make "replica booths" based off of another major's booths it should have been a red flag

this has been going on for five days in a row, btw. shanghai major started on like the 26th and was kicked off with one of DoTA's most beloved personalities or somesuch getting fired by GabeN and resulting in an unholy shitstorm that required the man himself to come down to the DoTA2 subreddit
