you cant talk about economics in 2 minutes, it feels like just when theres a real discussion going on between the two they move on

they should really just have 2 hours where they discuss broader topics in 30 minute blocks, and they trade little turns back and forth or something.

rn the debates are basically spectacle, they're like the theme park version of american politics.

if you can't summarize your plan for the economy in two minutes then you need to learn better public speaking skills. we live in an age where we can go on the page of any politician and see their plans in depth and from them
