trump really isn't that successful of a businessman, he isn't awful just pretty mediocre considering some of the mistakes he has made.

additionally, he was born into a life of enormous wealth, so his story is really less of a 'rags-to-riches' success story and more of a 'riches-to-moreriches' dealio.
