theres a difference between a painting of romans stealing nude sabine women and some dude's nude marge simpson drawing

that's why we have different classifications of art
a nude drawing of spyro is meant to appeal to a different audience the same way contemporary gothic literature appeals to it's audience
2d art can be detailed as fuck, i dont think exposed wangs declassify it as art
