yeah we debated this in my public speaking class and i had to give a 6 min speech over it and i clocked in at 1 min 30 sec cuz i didnt know what the fuck to say and my teachers like "i just KNOW youre gonna talk for 4 minutes and 30 seconds more" so i just started talking about how all the porter ricers liked marijuana and that the profits should go to the government and rambling on about stupid bullshit
