i have not found any 1.12.2 packs that are as fun as 1.7.10-era packs (PO2, FTB:IE, Regrowth, etc)

1.7.10 modpacks really were a peak point of modded MC, still playing some packs cuz terrafirmacraft packs post-1.7.10 just arent the same

i did this and it was fucking awful, i didnt realize how utterly unusable EE2 used to be after years of being spoiled by projectE (and projectEX for that matter), and public SMP servers for tekkit have so many anti-exploit plugins and bug patches that even the most basic actions are disabled - cant shift click, cant click shit too many times per second, cant right click certain things, etc

but perhaps i will try a return to the next generation and try out ftb ultimate or something around the time of xycraft (rip)
