"users" is a bit of a misnomer but w/e

a couple sidenotes:
*the major forums use account number, the smaller forums use user number
*there is no OTB on here, nor is there an OTBH on here (i forgot about those; OTBH would be about the size of OT-, OTB i have no idea)
*yes, rejected was and is larger than OTRev in actual user number
*yes, RP4 was larger than TOTL
*yes, OT- is larger than OTRep

also OT- and OTXT have the exact same number of accounts at 64

interesting funfact for these: even with everything past OTRep combined into one superforum, it still doesn't and wouldn't have as many accounts as OTTD did (545 to 404)
