Holy shit nope, the only person authorized to publish information about me is myself- that means that when you archived my private youtube video, you put unauthorized private information in the public domain, which is illegal. There is an exception clause that with parental permission you can do whatever the fuck you want but you're not getting that any time soon are you?

nah, it seems pretty direct about the rest of it and doesn't mention states afterwards so i'm going to guess it's technicalities with how different states handle litigation and things like that but it's illegal at fed level

by the way the website also describes impersonation as a privacy breach so zacmac the other day, room a few months back (he confessed to me himself he made an account posing as me for shits and giggles) and probably rt because he knows i'm right is all illegal. but that's all in the past so i won't do anything about it- next time it happens i'll make sure to send a report to forumotion (unless it's painfully obvious that it's not me and it's just someone trying to ebin ruse)
