The Third Annual Thunderdumb Games: Jay's Revenge

It had been ten days since the beginning of Autism Thunderdome, and in the depths of the forests, not a sound could be heard but the occasional rustling of branches on the jungle floor.

Fuzzeedice slowly crept through the foliage, trying her hardest to stay out of sight. Though she had long become exhausted from the oppressive combination of heat and humidity, and from spending her days dodging traps, she could not afford to stop any time soon, even if it was late. Not after what had happened at the "meeting" just a few hours earlier.

It was almost high noon. How the three remaining survivors of the Autism Thunderdome could ever dream to all end up in the same place at this time of day was a mystery, and yet somehow that had been exactly what had happened with the "meeting." By some miraculous chance, Jay, Apprentipants and Fuzzee all managed to come together at once, despite having only tangental relations to one another.

At first, it seemed like the "meeting" might actually go well, being that Apprentipants had spared Jay in favor of killing Viral when DIPC forced him to pick one to murder, and considering that Fuzzee protected Jay when DIPC tried to kill her after Apprentice would not. Surely, the three had mutual benefits in keeping each other alive, right? It's not as if everybody had to die in this forty-eight player clusterfuck.

At least, that's what Fuzzee and Apprentipants thought of things. Jay, evidently, thought of things a bit differently, something that Fuzzee only found out when she drove an arrow right between Apprenti's eyes.

In hindsight, maybe meeting up -- intentionally or otherwise -- with the girl who killed five people all on her own was not the best course of action.

A sudden snap -- not of her own doing -- brought Fuzzee back to the real world. She seized up immediately, scanning the surrounding area for any sign of life, thunderdumb or otherwise. To her right, she suddenly spotted a familiar figure in the distance.

The figure spotted her back, and charged at breakneck speed.

The next thing Fuzzee could remember was Jayfeather laying on the ground, with three massive holes down the center of her chest. She had been impaled on Fuzzee's trident, and could only stare in amazement at the frail, skeleton that Fuzee had become in her time beneath the AutismDome.

Without warning, Fuzzee pulled the trident back, making Jay cry out in pain and staining the end of the trident a solid crimson red as Jay's blood gushed out of the suddenly open wounds.

"It didn't have to end this way, you know." Fuzzee said as she watched Jay slowly bleed out. "You could have quit being a fucking moron at the 'meeting' and that could have been that."

Jay simply nodded, a single tear rolling down the side of her cheek and onto the now blood-stained dirt she lay upon.

For a few moments, the two simply stared at each other once more, before Fuzzee suddenly dropped the trident that she had for so long carried, and became one with the jungle again.

Some time later, the final cannon of the AutismDome sounded -- Jay had finally bled out -- and a silence fell upon the AutismDome once more.

Jayfeather crouched in the bushes, waiting for her final victim. Though she began as a tragically-weak competitor; too far from an audience favorite to be an underdog, she was determined to exact hot, spicy revenge on those who had wronged her so many years ago.

She did have one advantage - she had planned this very scenario in her head and on paper thousands of times beforehand. It was a dream come true when a pair of men, prepared to forcibly recruit the lass, hauled her into their black van without scant a struggle. She knew what awaited her.

Every kill made her stronger; every body provided her with nutrition, supplies, and most importantly, lust for more blood. Jay needed no help from the sponsors. She wore lightweight shoes made from Icy's petite, feminine bones. She created spiked gloves from the skin and sharp phalanx of Tipsy's feet. And she protected herself with the nigh-invulnerable, titanium-like bones of Oaky; wearing his champion skull as a prize and helmet. A truly terrifying sight to behold.

With only one competitor left, Jay's victory was assured. She relaxed with this thought in mind, and whispered, "a fire has risen, OTThunderdome".

Softly, a voice responded, "How was your day?"
