fallout: new bungus

started on a mod foor new vegas as a side project. probably aint gonna have too much time to delegate to it til later but itll be fun

theres no overarching aim for it im juist gonna fuck around
priorities right now are replacing some of the music and have some hotline miami type battle music
im also gonna churn out some perks cause theyre fun to make. i just made one that puts you in Turbo if you go below 16% health in combat
