The recent events (both Censorship Weeks) have illustrated a key issue with Forumotion and its reliance on Onlineguardian to police its forums

By automatically flagging our forum for deletion with essentially no context it puts OTTD at risk for deletion due to frivolous reports from America's enemies

In time, depending on future events, we are going to move to our own host with the domain 'otthunderdo.me' - I will try to keep the changes as minimal as possible but eventually it will need to be done

I will note that the reason for Censorship Week II was even more frivolous than the third one
