because it literally says the exact opposite; most of ROT is eleven now dude, ROBLOX is mainstream as fuck

mostly i just wanted to do a spinoff for 4 reasons:
- experiment with the usage of HTML in a forum environment

- ROT facilitating the above due to it being a cheap place for finding members that are at least vaguely reliable as long as you keep them entirely out of power

- wanting to see how ROTs downward spiral of quality was doing for them

- perhaps giving us a villain-of-the-week ROT retard who is harmless yet generates lovably stupid quotes, a la as close as you can get to drama with those guys

yes you can, the last time we had one of those was amsk8r who was crazy as fuck himself, and he curbed the behavior by having an assload of charisma. what your proposing would be like totl but you instead of dogman (possibly more stable but still, no charisma)
