most ROTers are neither receptive of nor willing to change, and they'd rather circlejerk with one another over posts and e-points because they think it will make them famous than actually contribute just for the sake of contributing

i mightve mistaken what you said, i was saying that all those people were in positions of leadership on OTX yet none of them had the charisma to control the users. being messed in the head probably had something to do with that in many cases though
