THE TOMOKO REFERENDUM

since we've allowed RT and FD onto the forum simultaneously, i feel that we may as well allow tomoko back. my reasoning is best justified by this quote from stalin:

i would agree on principle but i feel like tomoko would just end up shitposting a septillion threads again before finding something stupid to quit about like what happened the last two times she was allowed on the party boat
