yeah it would be pretty difficult for anyone new to successfully integrate to otx culture because of the sheer amount of stuff(the lore firstly) that you'd have to learn to even have a basic understanding of how things are done here
wouldn't be impossible though, we'd just need to recruit from a place that isn't utter garbage
