Okay guys, what do you think about smoking every once in awhile

Okay let me give you a back story.

>Started smoking late 16s
>Only smoked a pack a week
>Bought a pack every other week
>Smoked more heavily when I quit smoking weed
>Quit smoking cigs when I was 18ish do to peer pressure from friends and girlfriend

Once in every month or so I roll up a smoke for the taste of it, and for the nicotine high.

What do you make of this?

Our school board and likely the state considers them drug paraphernalia, and considering there's no easy way to distinguish if the juice you have in it that moment has nicotine in it or not...

Wrong. It is illegal to buy and sell to minors in NC, it isn't illegal for 16 year olds to smoke however.
When a 16y/o is smoking the question of how they came to acquire it comes up since it is also illegal to buy them for minors.

No it isn't. If the state wants the money from the federal government they set the BUYING age to 18. In NJ the BUYING age is like 19 or 20 something stupid like that. It isn't a federal law.

With that being said 21 isn't the federal drinking age, it is the drinking age IF and ONLY if the state wants the federal money for it.

nah dont smoke dont really need to, tobacco, e-cig, crack rocks, etc. i mean what positive long term effects does it have?
