had basically a full-day spergout because my mom and older sister wouldn't stop criticizing me about school and homework and grades because they think constantly reminding me i'm not meeting expectations is going to help me meet expectations when they know i'm already fucking on it and as a result i couldn't concentrate and do as much as i needed to so i hope they're fucking happy

and my older sister also randomly got into an argument with me about post-scarcity utopia and molecular nanotechnology where she said it's "too good to be true" even though she knew nothing about what she was talking about- this was several hours after me and my younger sister told her and my mom that if they're going to ask questions like "if we evolved from monkeys then why are monkeys still around" (actual question) then they should do research on the actual theory before criticizing it

so do school counselors or other mental health professionals exist in texas

shrinks of all varieties do exist in texas and they're mostly jokes but i have gone to one recently that said i show symptoms of adhd

ive never actually heard someone unironically say "if we evolved from monkeys then why are monkeys still around" until a few years ago when i was flipping through channels and it was some said on some christian talk show and it blew my balls off cuz it was so surreal to hear someone who wasnt under 9 years old say it

the left 2cm of it have black with a few stripes and then there's like a big hole in the corner and there's two small horizontal stripes at around 1 inch and 2cm up the screen both from the aforementioned dead zone

it's chassis is already all banged up from this one time i took it to school and transported it like an idiot and it scraped against all my books. it's only one year old and i blew $100 on it- my mom also blew $100 on it. i don't think it'll pass away for at least another year since the chassis is like whatever but i do have to get another screen
