it seems like there's always 2 or 3 good cartoons for like every generation of CN
flapjack and chowder were the firsts after the godawful live action age and they were quality as shit imo, if not just for the animation, and they were succeeded by adventure time and regular show which are both done or ending.
if i had to pick out a legitimately good new cn cartoon it'd be 3 bare bears, the rest is the same-asset lazy ass rehashed cartoon shit that seth mcfarlane does except its teen titans go style (powerpuff twerkers and upcoming ben 10) and nickelodeon style autism bait, I mean that in saying basically attractive to kids with autism in a literal sense (call me what you want over that but I've watched over some kiddies with autism in my time, there's always a really specific niche that they seem to like, some shit called nexo knights and omega swords or whatever. shows that have no fucking substance but have a mideival setting with KNIGHTS and DRAGONS and PIZZA!!!!)
