at practice I could only do a half mile but I just did the mile and it was fine, but at the expense of my legs. shiiiiiiiit not a good thing, maybe if I stretch em out.

I had this green shit my dad gave me to put on aching muscles, but last time I used that bitch a dime sized amount stunk up my room for hours and even made my throat sore

also got a meet tomorrow. track comes with double bonuses get fit + hot chick yeeee

the box itself reeks, its called eagle brand medicated oil. somehow its half full even though I've only used it three times with small doses because I wanted to AVOID stinking up the room (it only ever happened on the third use)

i am not running often enough

also 7 minutes is a fine time its not good but a bad time would be like 9 minutes (any slower than that and you must be going slower than a jog because i can walk a mile in about 11 to 13 minutes)
