i did not go any further than 425 - ended up with a vicious cycle of headaches that persisted throughout july until a week into august but im back to normal now but on my own

three guys, in separate instances, decided to wait on me instead of working in with me today despite my insistence for them to join me because they were intimidated by the weight or too lazy to help me strip the plates off (as if that makes sense in a gym where youre moving weights around on purpose)

theres no way im feasibly going to be able to get my bench up here if nobody can lift 4 plates off for me
