as a liberal it crushes me to no end that the overwhelming majority of my kind are thought-crime supporting, multicultural advocating, social justice loving douchecanoes who would rather argue identity politics and bitch about first world problems than actually admit that possibly it is not the best idea to be trying to import hundreds upon thousands of migrants who are by and large linguistically, culturally, economically and socially incompatible with the western world, or that racism is a borderline nonexistent issue, or that sexism is not the world ending, patriarchal crisis that they make it out to be

its strange that you would say racism is a "borderline nonexistent issue" in the same year that a dude motivated by racism opened fire in a black church. i mean, maybe its not the biggest issue and some people exaggerate its importance in the modern world but it's strange to completely disregard any form of social justice, keeping in mind of course that the world is not entirely tumblr

this does not in any way indicate that racism is an actual issue worthy of addressing; you cannot stop crazy people from being crazy, and the dude was a mentally unhinged bro inspired by white supremacist rhodesia (which ironically is now for all intents and purposes a black supremacist state). moreover, he was one person and one of the only examples of actual racism in the past year

we absolutely do not need social justice in this day and age, and its purpose is better served by egalitarianism
