just fuckin killed the 400 challenge. ive been working out for bout 3 weeks from straight bone and lethargy and got it knocked out in 12 mins 24 seconds
the 400 challenge if you dont know is 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 inverted rows and 100 squats. you can do them in any order (i did 10 sets of 10 each, squats, rows, sit ups, push ups in that order)
you gotta beat 17 mins
