it's a third degree felony, too, which means under texas law is punishable by TWO TO TEN YEARS in prison

also, FD could possibly be in violation of a provision of chapter 1, section 42.07 of the penal code, which states

a) A person commits an offense if, with intent to harass, annoy, alarm, abuse, torment, or embarrass another, he:...

...(7) sends repeated electronic communications in a manner reasonably likely to harass, annoy, alarm, abuse, torment, embarrass, or offend another.

this is a class B misdemeanor in texas which is up to 180 days in jail and a fine of up to $2,000 dollars, UNLESS the person is a repeat offender in which case it is a class A misdemeanor and punishable by up to a year in jail

TL;DR if FD's actions throughout the past two years in any way fall under this law, he could be looking at some serious and actual time in prison because he's such a fucking idiot
