i cant imagine someone being so enthralled off the success of one game that they rerelease it several times over a few years short of a decade original skyrim works just fine lol

but like i said, people are going to mod free whether they have to find a workaround or not
nobodys paying jack shit for something thats more of a right of owning any video game (even though some companies prohibit it but it's not like people actually do time for modding games)
and idk what game it is but given how freely bethesda basically distribute their development kits as modding tools (all of their prize franchises have free creation kits that come with them or for download on their site) and given some of the insane strides people have gone in the bethesda modding community (shit like wrye bash, skse/any script extender, et cetera), it'd be a walk in the park

yeah but the brawl mod scene has always been pretty big, it's very possible and doesn't require much cracking and shit like that
you should see some of the brawl builds people come up with, shit with fucking 100 characters fucking ned flanders vs osama binn laden shit

even given the tools though it's ridiculous getting everything set up, i may just be doing it the hard way idk

i was gonna remark on how the mod community has effectively turned it into 3d mugen

yeah i was on and off on mugen for a while
if i were to compare adding characters to mugen to adding characters to brawl itd be like
mugen would be like using malt syrup for brewing whereas brawl would be growing/sprouting rye to brew

hopefully the sale is decent this year, they've been pretty disappointing ever since they made a good refund system
still though i have a few games i'd like to acquire
