i used to bench 205lb for 3 reps at 17, but through depressive bouts and general drug laziness I’ve slipled up so my new routine is 145lb for 10 slow reps and I generally follow anything I bench with 10 push-ups

Getting that 205 back is goal #1 that shit had me on some Buddhist nirvana shit, I felt like I could put a hole through any problem that ran up on me pretty much

did 100 push-ups throughout the day today more as a disciplinary exercise than a physical one

i am still stuck at 405lbs but moreso because going anywhere higher is getting really hard when the bar fucking bends (just a little but you can see it) and it scares the shit out of me

expect the real 420lbs bench by the end of this year because im getting used to 405lbs as a regular max
