i used to bench 205lb for 3 reps at 17, but through depressive bouts and general drug laziness I’ve slipled up so my new routine is 145lb for 10 slow reps and I generally follow anything I bench with 10 push-ups
Getting that 205 back is goal #1 that shit had me on some Buddhist nirvana shit, I felt like I could put a hole through any problem that ran up on me pretty much

i am still stuck at 405lbs but moreso because going anywhere higher is getting really hard when the bar fucking bends (just a little but you can see it) and it scares the shit out of me
