50 and a research document that's pretty much done that's also 50

well we'll see but that's like 16 pages a day and i can crank out 5 in a couple hours without being in my zone and that was in the beginning when i had to start setting up all the different ideas that come together later in the book and series and had to be really careful about continuity and how to write everything in a way that's compatible with everything else. i picked up speed throughout this process as things became more clear and will continue to do so through the book and series as more is determined or falls into place so it's definitely possible

i know the feeling, when i started the samplephonics project i put an estimate of two weeks on it but it turned into two months

well i had 50 pages and wrote 20 more that got nuked, which i think i wrote about, and was hesitant to pick up because that next bit wasn't a whole lot of fun to write anyway, but i got over that writer's block and turned it into 25 and then wrote 60 more

alex and company are about to actually meet the dragons, which is when the book starts writing itself

i can confirm that i Diseased fitzgerald carl giraffe smithy will be reading quantbound in its entirety

so a while ago spinny was telling me to send my book to someone reputable as a dare because of an argument so i did more than a week ago but she only came back from vacation a week ago

if lauran rennert doesn't respond in three weeks i'm going to guess that she passed

so book names. the subtitles are gonna be on the inside of the book and the quantumbound lettering is gonna be pretty small so the cover isn't TEXTTEXTTEXT

notice the common naming motif? you may have trouble figuring out how the last one fits in there. ok fine it comes from both weeb and chink for "final". the motif is numbers signifying order, with the last one being quite clearly the final one.
the subtitles also have a common motif, with each being a reference to another work. the first one's the least obvious, it's a shout-out to the roosevelt corollary to the monroe doctrine.
